Fermentation
Our 2-Hour Fermentation Workshop is a relaxed, hands-on introduction to traditional fermented foods and their powerful role in gut health. You will be guided through the basics of fermentation, enjoy a curated tasting of everyday ferments, and create your own signature ferment to take home. Designed to be simple, practical and deeply nourishing, this workshop empowers you to confidently include fermented foods in daily life — no prior experience needed.
Perfect for friends, social circles (like book clubs), or as an engaging add-on to your corporate event.
Workshops are available for groups of 5 to 20 people.

African Drumming
African Drumming at Rosemary Hill offers a vibrant, fully facilitated rhythmic experience designed to bring people together – whether you’re a corporate team looking to boost connection, a group of friends wanting something fun and different, or families seeking a playful activity for kids.
Our sessions range from high-energy 1-hour team builds and immersive 3-hour workshops to 45-minute family and chill-out drumming adventures, all crafted to encourage collaboration, communication, creativity, and pure joy. No experience is needed.
- Kiddies Drumming Adventure: R150 pp (Kids aged 3-12 only)
- Group Drumming Sessions: R150 pp (U12) / R200 pp (Adults)
- 1 hour Corporate Interactive Sessions: R200 pp
