About Stones & Bones
Stones & Bones is a globally recognised Afro-Rock House duo from Pretoria, known for their electric blend of Afro House, rock, soul, and live instrumental performance. Formed in 2010 by Casper J Stone (sax, guitar) and KG Bones (vocals, keys, decks), the pair has built an international following, touring across South Africa, the continent, and the world. Their sound is rooted in the music they grew up with — from township funk and hip-hop to rock and house — creating a distinctive mix of rhythm, melody, and soulful vocals that ignites any dance floor. Stones & Bones are celebrated for their dynamic live shows, where DJ performance meets guitars, sax, keys, and infectious energy.
